Role Description
The Pan India Account Manager Transport will oversee employee commute and transportation operations across various regions, ensuring seamless coordination and cost optimization. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, monitoring service delivery, analyzing data to enhance operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and strategic planning to improve transportation services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in data analysis, operational planning, and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with transportation technology platforms and fleet management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in corporate mobility and employee transportation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle escalations, identify effective solutions, and ensure service excellence.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or employee commute management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications or an MBA in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience with electric vehicle integration and sustainability initiatives in transport management is an advantage.
