Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pan India Account Manager located in Chennai. The role involves managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and overseeing the implementation of solutions tailored to client requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve client satisfaction and retention. The Pan India Account Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Account and Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, address client needs, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Operations and Coordination: Skills in managing logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient implementation of services.
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Strong analytical skills to assess operational data for process enhancements and identifying areas for optimization.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term solutions, including expansion strategies and technology integration.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology platforms and experience in fleet or transportation management is an advantage.
- Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and ensure project success within timelines.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
