Role Overview:
As a Level 1 CyberArk Administrator on the Security Platform Services (SPS) team, you will help administer and support Zurich’s PAR platform (CyberArk). You will work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to onboard privileged accounts, maintain platform health, support audits, and improve how privileged access is controlled and monitored.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day:
- Triage and resolve common user issues via ServiceNow Incidents (password retrieval, access requests, session issues), escalating when needed to senior team members and management
- Monitor and action requests in ServiceNow
- Onboard privileged accounts into the vault
- Configure and validate password rotation policies
- Participate in change management (raise/execute standard changes; contribute to normal changes and CAB inputs as required).
- Identify recurring issues and suggest automation opportunities (scripts, standard templates).
- Monitor CyberArk platform health, jobs, connectors, and service status
- Perform routine maintenance (backups support, certificate renewals support, patching coordination, housekeeping)
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, identity/security administration, or infrastructure support (internships accepted).
Basic understanding of:
- Windows Server and/or Linux administration concepts
- Active Directory (users, groups, GPO basics)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, ports, certificates/TLS)
- Security fundamentals (least privilege, MFA, auditing, logging)
- Ability to follow procedures, document work, and handle sensitive access responsibly.
Desirable:
- Experience with CyberArk components (WPM, EPM, SIA, PSM) or PAM concepts.
- Scripting basics (PowerShell preferred; Python is a plus).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), incident/problem/change processes.
- Security certifications or coursework (e.g., Security+, AZ-900/SC-900, Microsoft/Linux fundamentals).
