Right now we are looking for a talented Data Analyst who enjoys exploring СRM metrics, uncovering insights, and helping drive growth through analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities: Identifying trends, patterns, and insights that help to shape business decisions; Creating and sharing reports on customer behaviour, revenue performance, and the success of our campaigns; Monitoring and tracking important team metrics and KPIs; Help the team in conducting AB tests; Improve analytical infrastructure by contributing to data marts and self-service instruments; Working closely with our development team and other departments to ensure seamless CRM system integrations and updates; Troubleshooting and resolving any data-related issues our team might encounter. What we're looking for: Advanced SQL skills – ability to write complex queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; optimize query performance for large datasets; Basic Python for data analysis and automation; Experience with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Understanding of fundamental statistics, A/B tests, and experimentation concepts (proper test design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis, etc.) Ability to structure and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights; Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and other teams; A proactive mindset—someone who enjoys diving into data, identifying trends, and proposing opportunities for growth.
