Data Operations Specialist

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will execute the data maintenance, monitoring, and resolution needed to directly impact sales velocity, reporting accuracy, and the overall customer experience. You'll manage high-priority escalations, track data changes, and identify trends to drive continuous improvement in our systems and policies. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and requires extensive partnership across GTM Business Operations, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and other organizations. You ensure our teams have the trusted data foundation required to secure the future.
