<div>The Palms at River Edge is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Ehrenberg, AZ. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California, Arizona, and Idaho. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued. <br> <br>We are looking for a front desk clerk to oversee the office at this Community. <br><br><strong>About the role</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage booking systems for park stays and handle retail sales.</li>
<li>Answer phones and assist visitors with inquires.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and send reports to management.</li>
<li>Receive and record rent checks and other payments.</li>
<li>Open and close the register, ensuring the drawer is counted and balanced daily.</li>
<li>Keep a professional environment by performing office cleaning and organization.</li>
</ul><div><strong>About you</strong></div><ul>
<li>Office experience a plus!</li>
<li>Must be friendly and have a professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Willing to work on holidays.</li>
<li>Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>
