Requirements

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

You’ll support the day-to-day marketing and communication efforts for the Club, including:

Content Creation & Communication

• Create written and visual content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates and event flyers. 
• Design and support production of print materials like brochures, menus and seasonal campaigns. 
• Capture photos and short videos of events, amenities and member experiences. 
• Edit and proofread communications to ensure clarity, tone consistency and professionalism. 

Digital & Social Media

• Manage the Club’s social media calendar and publish engaging posts across approved platforms.
• Monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely, professional manner. 
• Track post engagement and assist with SEO, boosted posts and digital advertising efforts. 

Event Marketing & Member Engagement

• Design flyers, posters and digital graphics for events. 
• Partner with Club departments to promote programs and ensure consistent communication.  
• Attend select Club events to capture content and ensure on-brand presentation. 

Brand & Administrative Support

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms using the Club’s Brand Guide. 
• Organize marketing archives, templates, and photo libraries. 
• Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination and marketing project support. 

Who You Are

• A new college graduate or early-career marketer (1–3 years of experience; internships count!). 
• Strong eye for visual design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
• A creative thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life through design, writing and video. 
• Organized, detail-oriented and excited to work on multiple projects at once.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable collaborating across departments.
