The Analyst – Purchase to Pay (P2P) is responsible in ensuring invoices are paid timely. They are instrumental in supporting the team in delivering Accounts Payable services during and after transition, accurately, efficiently and in accordance with the company’s policies, guidelines, and operating procedures.

This position reports to the Senior Manager – Accounts Payable and is under Cytiva operating company, located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be an on-site role.

This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Apply creative and critical thinking in resolving block invoices and aged invoices in ERP
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors globally for missing invoices or goods receipt
• Assist Supervisor/team members with ad-hoc task
• Participate and support new process implementations / preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Support AP month end closing activities
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Candidate possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate, Degree or Professional Qualification of any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 0-3 years of working experience, preferably in Purchase to Pay (P2P)
• Experience in Oracle
• Self-starter, quick learner and a team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Basware – AP automation system
