Meritocracy Fellowship

College may not be for everyone. Exceptional graduating high school seniors can apply for the Meritocracy Fellowship, a 4-month program during the Fall of 2025. Fellows will work alongside a full-time team solving a variety of technical problems that contribute to Palantir products and customer outcomes. Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows that have excelled will be given the opportunity to interview for full-time employment at Palantir.

Palantir's technology helps organizations distribute lifesaving food aid and resettle refugees. Palantir platforms are used by governments in the fight to protect democracy, and to help critical military operations succeed. Whether it's making cars safer to drive or supporting the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, working at Palantir means you'll be working on software that is helping solve some of today's biggest challenges.
