Palantir Foundry & AIP Enablement
- Use Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Operationalize data science and ML solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications
- Leverage Palantir AIP to support AI-enabled use cases such as decision support tools, copilots, or LLM-assisted workflows
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns where applicable to ground AI outputs in enterprise data
- Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls
- Perform RCA on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem
- Support customer adoption by explaining analytical logic, assumptions, and limitations in clear business terms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning
- Strong hands-on experience in exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design
- Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-grade datasets
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry; exposure to Palantir AIP is strongly preferred
- Experience working in customer-facing, consulting, or stakeholder-heavy environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly
