Associate UI/UX Designer

As a Associate UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for a variety of assigned features and projects, functioning as an extension of the internal team through short-burst design sprints and lots of collaboration. In this role, you will: Experience leading and delivering design for web or web/mobile applications including proficiency with Sketch and responsive design principles Own and contribute to assigned projects through breakout creative sessions, research, concept boards, wireframes, flows, visual design, and handoff Create personas through user research and data Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Express ideas and solutions through sketches, quick prototypes, and diagrams Work with stakeholders to ensure user experience needs are aligned with the customer's business priorities Ensure detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification Ability to translate big picture vision into detailed product requirements and features
