Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Senior Manager – Paid Social to lead and scale paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires strong expertise in strategy, execution, optimization, and team management within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Paid Social strategy and execution across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Snapchat, etc.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and engagement
- Drive data-led decision-making through campaign analysis and performance insights
- Manage and allocate large-scale advertising budgets efficiently
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Present campaign performance, insights, and growth strategies to clients
- Identify and implement new growth opportunities, beta features, and platform innovations
- Lead and mentor a team of executives/managers, ensuring quality delivery and skill development
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Snapchat Ads)
- Proven experience in campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization
- Experience with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Media Agency
- Experience managing multiple client portfolios
- Exposure to performance marketing and integrated media planning
