Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Social Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves creating and managing paid social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing strategies to achieve business goals, and collaborating with various teams to execute creative initiatives. The candidate will work to enhance audience engagement, improve ROI on advertising spends, and ensure alignment with the company’s brand and content strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Paid Social Media Advertising, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in Campaign Strategy, Performance Analysis, and Campaign Optimization for targeted advertising outcomes.
- Skills in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and ROI Analysis for driving data-backed decisions and improvements.
- Knowledge of Content Marketing and collaboration with creative teams for ad copy, visuals, and assets in line with brand identity.
- Proficiency in using ad management and reporting tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
- Prior experience in the entertainment or media industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
