Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paid Sales Internship role located in Kanpur, India. As a Sales Intern, you will support the company’s sales initiatives by identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and assisting in developing effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include participating in sales campaigns, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with the team to track progress and achieve sales targets. You will also have opportunities to receive sales training and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales practices, including identifying leads, building pipelines, and closing deals.
- Experience or interest in Training and learning sales techniques and strategies.
- Basic understanding of Sales Management processes and the ability to organize and track sales metrics.
- A proactive attitude, collaboration skills, and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the pet product industry or similar markets is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
