DocIndia.org is looking for a dynamic Operations Intern to join our mission-driven team revolutionizing digital healthcare in India.
💼 Role Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day operations work (appointment management) - 60%
- Assist in project management and process optimization - 10%
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks - 5%
- Collaborate with doctors & teams to enhance efficiency - 25%
Appointment Management :
- Handle incoming appointment requests via call, WhatsApp, or portal
- Coordinate with doctors and clinics to confirm availability
- Send reminders and confirmations to patients for scheduled appointments
- Update internal systems with appointment details and patient follow-up
- Address basic patient inquiries related to timings, locations, and procedures
- Escalate issues like no-shows or rescheduling needs to senior staff
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Basic computer skills and comfort with tools like Excel, WhatsApp Web, and CRM
- High attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and professional attitude while dealing with patients
- (Bonus) Experience or interest in the healthcare industry
