Role Overview:-
We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who has real experience running and scaling profitable CPA/CPS campaigns in the iGaming/casino space.
This is not a “campaign manager” role — this is a revenue-driving role where your performance directly impacts business growth.
What You will be doing:-
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Drive user acquisition on:
- CPA / CPS models
- Own and optimize the full funnel:
- CTR → CVR → FTD → ROI
- Build and test:
- Landing pages
- Pre-landers (advertorials, bonus pages)
- Run continuous A/B tests:
- Creatives
- Ad copy
- Funnels
- Manage and scale budgets profitably (from testing → scaling phase)
- Work with tracking tools:
- Voluum / RedTrack / Binom (or similar)
- Analyze data and take decisions based on:
- CAC, LTV, ROI
What we are looking at:-
- 2+ years in performance marketing (iGaming preferred)
- Proven experience running campaigns in:
- US, UK, EU (Tier-1 GEOs)
- Strong understanding of:
- CPA / CPS models
- CAC vs LTV
- Conversion funnels (Click → Reg → FTD)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Landing pages & CRO
- Tracking setup (pixels, postbacks, attribution)
- Ability to:
- Scale winning campaigns
- Kill underperforming campaigns fast
