As a Specialist, you will independently manage campaigns end-to-end and take
ownership of performance, optimizations, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta, Google Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube
- Own audience strategy, bid strategies, and budget pacing
- Execute structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, funnel)
- Implement and audit tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Pixels, events)
- Analyze performance trends and translate data into actions
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and analytics teams
- Mentor junior team members where required
