We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to support a high-impact Andor-tech deployment for a globally renowned leader in scientific research, life sciences, and healthcare innovation. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with strong hands-on expertise in paid social and programmatic advertising, especially within global B2B environments.
📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid)

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Programmatic platforms (DV360 / DSPs)
- Own campaign setup, QA, optimization, and budget pacing to ensure performance targets are met
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Deliver insightful performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations
- Support global B2B marketing programs, aligning paid media strategies to regional and enterprise goals
- Work closely with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure seamless delivery as part of an Andor-tech deployment
