Media Buyer (Inhouse Products)
Job Description:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns for in-house products across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
2. Develop and manage integration, budget allocation, ensuring optimal spend efficiency across campaigns.
3. Maintain data sheets for daily tracking and data analysis
4. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive key metrics
5. Identify and implement new opportunities for campaign expansion and growth.
6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, product team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy and product goals.
7. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
8. Generate and present regular campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies and research to ensure best practices are being followed.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with ad platform representatives(google/meta) to stay informed about new features, tools, and opportunities.
Campaign Operations Executive
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Campaign Operations Manager will focus 80% on technical execution, trafficking, and optimization, while 20% will involve strategic collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Oversee the technical setup of campaigns, including creative assignment, audience targeting, and split-testing.
Optimization & Delivery: Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to ensure KPIs are met, ensuring full budget utilization.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data (CTR, CR, ROAS) to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Control: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues like broken links or tracking discrepancies.
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate user conversion tracking using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and maintain data integrity.
Internal Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams, providing performance insights and feasibility assessments.
