Job SummaryWe are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing substantial advertising budgets, and be capable of independently strategizing, planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes.
This is an individual contributor role, requiring end-to-end ownership of paid media performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Identify target audiences, channels, and campaign structures for maximum ROI
2. Campaign Execution- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
- Handle campaign types including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Social Ads
- Ensure proper tracking implementation (pixels, tags, conversion events)
3. Budget Management- Manage and optimize high-value ad budgets efficiently
- Monitor daily spends, pacing, and ROI performance
- Reallocate budgets based on performance insights and campaign goals
4. Performance Optimization- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments
- Improve funnel performance and conversion rates
5. Analytics & Reporting- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Track KPIs and ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
6. Creative & Audience Strategy- Collaborate with design/content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Develop audience targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom segments
- Stay updated with latest trends in paid media, automation, and AI-driven advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management (GTM preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands
- Familiarity with Performance Max, remarketing strategies, and funnel optimization
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
- Exposure to AI tools in paid marketing and automation
