Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably from healthcare, wellness, healthcare marketing agencies, or healthcare-focused digital growth consulting backgrounds. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns independently, leading teams, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Drive lead generation, patient acquisition, and ROI-focused marketing campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization
• Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while ensuring timely execution of projects
• Handle end-to-end campaign execution, reporting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and strategy teams for integrated campaign delivery
• Analyze marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion metrics to improve campaign performance
• Stay updated with paid media trends, healthcare marketing trends, and platform updates
Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media and Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Experience in handling healthcare or wellness industry campaigns will be preferred
• Proven experience in independently managing high-budget performance campaigns
• Team handling and client/project management experience
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
