Job Overview:
Wari Art is looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager – Google & Meta who has strong hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns for EdTech and university degree programs. The candidate should understand the complete lead generation funnel, campaign strategy, budget allocation, and quality lead optimization for higher education campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for universities, colleges, and EdTech degree programs.
- Handle campaigns for UG, PG, MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, and other education-related programs.
- Create campaign strategies focused on lead generation, admissions, and qualified inquiries.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, and Meta lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns regularly based on CPL, lead quality, conversion ratio, and ROI.
- Monitor budget allocation daily and suggest where to spend more or reduce spend based on performance.
- Work on audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy coordination, creatives, landing page feedback, and funnel improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable reports with insights on lead flow and quality.
- Coordinate with design, content, and CRM teams for better campaign execution and tracking.
- Understand university and degree admission cycles to plan high-performing campaigns during peak seasons.
- Track campaign performance through Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events, and CRM integration.
- Improve lead quality by optimizing forms, targeting, ad messaging, and remarketing strategy.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong experience in education, university, or EdTech lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of degree campaigns for universities and institutes.
- Strong knowledge of Search Ads, Meta Lead Ads, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in handling medium to high monthly ad budgets.
- Ability to understand lead quality, admission funnel, and campaign performance deeply.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with campaign optimization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
Preferred Profile:
Candidate with prior experience in handling higher education campaigns, university admissions, online degree programs, or EdTech brands will be preferred.
