About the RoleROAS Digital is looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to manage paid search and paid social campaigns for US-based agency clients through a white-label delivery model.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms, along with the ability to communicate clearly with US-based counterparts, manage multiple client accounts, and lead a small internal team.
This is an office-based role in Coimbatore and is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working closely with the team in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Handle 10 to 15 client accounts, mostly low to mid-spend accounts
- Work with US-based agencies in a white-label delivery model
- Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid search and paid social campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics
- Lead and guide a small team of 2 paid media specialists
- Review campaign setups, optimizations, reports, and recommendations prepared by the team
- Communicate regularly with US-based counterparts through email, calls, and project management tools
- Prepare clear performance updates, insights, and action plans
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign optimizations, reports, and client requests
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and account efficiency
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, ownership, and accountability across accounts
Required Skills & Experience- 5 to 6+ years of experience in paid media campaign management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time
- Experience handling decent monthly ad budgets across search and social platforms
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, conversion tracking, campaign structure, optimization, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with US-based clients or agency teams
- Strong team management and review skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple accounts
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working from the office in Coimbatore
Bonus Skills- Experience working with US or European clients/accounts
- Experience in a white-label agency or offshore delivery model
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or conversion tracking
- Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms
