Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across: o Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen) o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring strong ROI and consistent growth.
• Perform daily optimizations, including: o Bid strategies o Budget allocation o Ad copy improvements o Creative testing
• Conduct competitor and audience research to identify new scaling opportunities.
• Build, monitor and optimize conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Analyze campaign data and create detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to improve ad efficiency.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, tools and performance marketing trends.
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ year of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and low CPA across multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and lead generation funnels.
• Experience working with GA4, GTM and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads or Amazon Ads is a plus.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint and Google Skillshop are a plus.
