Kontrah Labs is hiring a Paid Media Intern. This is a hands-on role where you'll run real Meta ad campaigns
for actual clients — not just theory. Work with a fast-paced startup team, gain practical experience in performance marketing,
and build serious skills that matter in the industry
Responsibilities
This role offers real exposure to running performance campaigns for real clients. You'll work across multiple aspects of digital marketing, from campaign execution to market research.
1. Paid Media Execution - Run Meta ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics,
and support A/B testing of creatives and funnels for client
campaigns.
2. Research & Intelligence - Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors,
and customer behavior. Convert findings into actionable
campaign inputs.
3. WhatsApp Marketing - Execute and monitor WhatsApp campaigns, coordinate
between teams, and support documentation and
reporting.
4. Creative Contribution - Brainstorm hooks, angles, and messaging ideas. Support
copy and ad concept development aligned with brand
communication.
Qualifications
We want someone ambitious, sharp, and hungry to grow. This role requires both technical capability and the right mindset for
startup execution.
- Graduate or final year (any stream) from a UGC-recognized university.
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Detail-oriented with strong research & coordination skills.
- Laptop required (Windows 10+, 8GB RAM).
