About the Role
Taiiki Media Limited is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, Ecommerce performance marketing, and campaign scaling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for service-based businesses.
- Manage and scale Ecommerce campaigns for Shopify brands.
- Maintain a minimum ROI/ROAS of 2x–3x for Ecommerce clients.
- Run and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies including audience targeting, retargeting, scaling, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, content direction, and campaign planning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities and performance improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience handling Shopify Ecommerce brands.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, funnels, and attribution models.
- Ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Performance-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Understanding of ad creative strategy and performance-focused content.
