About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Media Executive to take ownership of our paid media campaigns and performance reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across digital channels and for delivering actionable insights through detailed reporting. You will play a critical role in optimizing our media spend and ensuring we hit our key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
• Setup & Launch: Configure and launch paid media campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics to adjust bids, budgets, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
• Creative Testing: Coordinate A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
• Budgeting: Manage allocated media budgets strictly, ensuring pace is tracked and over/underspend is minimized.
2. Reporting & Analytics
• Performance Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports highlighting key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and Impressions.
• Data Visualization: Create easy-to-understand dashboards (using Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau) to present data to stakeholders.
• Insight Generation: Go beyond the numbers to provide written analysis on why a campaign succeeded or failed and offer data-backed recommendations for future strategies.
• Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activity and market trends to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on [Google Ads/Facebook/LinkedIn].
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a must).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex data sets without errors and ensure precise budget tracking.
• Certifications: Certifications from Google (Search/Display) or Meta (Media Buying) are highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical team members clearly.

• Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
