Job Summary:We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst with 5+ years of experience in managing and analyzing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive measurable business outcomes across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
- Perform in-depth analysis of audience behavior, keyword performance, and ad creatives
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaign strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio / Looker Studio)
- Knowledge of SQL, basic automation, or scripting is a plus
- Experience in handling large-scale campaigns and budgets
