Position Summary
Assist in marketing new metal products via laser cutting tech, while supporting ops in prototyping, supply chain, and expansion into architectural metals, industrial components, decorative steel, wooden furniture, and election solutions. Build skills to hit the ground running in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support market research on high-margin metal fab opportunities, custom components, and OEM supplies.
- Help create social media content, LinkedIn posts, and campaigns to generate leads for steel products.
- Assist in prototyping, pricing, and go-to-market plans for B2B/B2C channels.
- Coordinate operations tasks like inventory tracking, laser cutting demos, and production feasibility checks.
- Build client outreach lists, nurture leads, and track sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with teams on cost optimization, trend analysis, and wooden furniture/election tech expansion.
- Shadow business development to learn revenue strategies and global supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Interest in manufacturing, metal fab, or Rajasthan's industrial sector.
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Available for full-time internship (3-6 months, on-site in Jaipur).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with metal products, laser cutting, or furniture manufacturing.
- Experience with content creation, sales ops, or supply chain basics.
