Job Title: LinkedIn Ads Strategist- Paid
(Digital Marketing)
Location: South Delhi (Jangpura) – Expected to shift to Naraina
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (relevant experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns and a strong understanding of Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Use Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in campaign optimization and reporting tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (On-site role)
- 1st and 3rd Saturdays off
Location Details
- Current: Jangpura, South Delhi
- Future: Naraina (candidate should be comfortable relocating)
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Certifications in LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics
