Position: Paid Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Indore (U.S. market experience required)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paid Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate understands HIPAA-conscious marketing, lead generation, conversion tracking, CRM integrations, and performance optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns while ensuring accurate attribution and seamless CRM data flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube and Display campaigns
- Build and maintain accurate conversion tracking systems using:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- GA4
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- Offline Conversion Tracking
- Integrate ad platforms with CRM systems such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- GoHighLevel
- Zoho or similar CRMs
- Configure lead attribution and reporting pipelines for:
- Calls
- Form submissions
- Appointment bookings
- Qualified leads
- Revenue tracking
- Implement HIPAA-conscious tracking strategies for healthcare campaigns
- Create custom audiences, remarketing campaigns, and lookalike audiences
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, appointment rates, and pipeline quality
- Build dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker Studio, or CRM reporting tools
- Coordinate with web developers and automation teams for tracking implementation
- Audit existing campaign structures, landing pages, and attribution setup
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Proven experience managing campaigns in the U.S. healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance considerations in digital advertising
- Deep expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Experience implementing:
- Enhanced Conversions
- Meta CAPI
- Call tracking
- Offline event tracking
- CRM-to-ad-platform attribution
- Experience integrating CRMs with ad platforms and lead pipelines
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and attribution issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare verticals such as:
- Clinics
- Dental
- Med Spa
- Behavioral Health
- Home Healthcare
- Insurance or Medicare
- Familiarity with:
- CallRail
- Zapier
- Make.com & n8n
- Segment
- Triple Whale or Hyros
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
