Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Assistant located in Bengaluru South. The Paid Assistant will assist with day-to-day tasks, including supporting client engagements, handling documentation, managing tax registrations, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. The role also involves administrative responsibilities, data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and data management
- Knowledge of tax registrations, compliance procedures, and regulatory filings
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software and basic financial tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in a similar role or in tax-related services is a plus
