Regal Jewellers, one of South India’s most trusted jewellery brands with a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation, is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our marketing team in Kochi.
You will lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI for our retail showrooms and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
● Collaborate closely with the campaign and creative teams to align strategy, creatives, and audience targeting.
● Work closely with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) team to track lead conversions, customer follow-ups, and build strategies to maximize lead generation and ROI.
● Optimize campaigns continuously for conversions, reach, and cost efficiency.
● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools, and provide actionable insights.
● Coordinate with external vendors and partners when required for campaign execution and performance improvements.
Requirements
● 3 years of proven experience in paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
● Strong knowledge of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and reporting.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
● Prior experience working with CRM systems and lead management processes is preferred.
● Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and handle interactions with external vendors.
● Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, retail, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
