Paid Ads Specialist β Google & Meta Adsπ Remote
π Overlap with US & UK Working Hours Required

About the RoleWeβre looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, and client account management within an agency environment.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts end-to-end, optimize campaign performance, and communicate insights clearly with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: strategy β execution β optimization β scaling
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve KPIs
- Analyze campaign data to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversions
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for campaign execution
- Manage full-funnel marketing strategies, including lead generation and CRO
Client Management- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Translate business goals into performance marketing strategies
- Lead client calls, reviews, and strategy discussions confidently
- Handle client communication, expectations, and feedback professionally
Must-Have Requirements- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with:
- Meta Pixel setup & event tracking
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Landing pages & funnel-based campaigns
- Debugging tracking issues
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and CRO
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US & UK overlapping hours
- Immediate availability (or within 15 days)
Good-to-Have- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools & lead management systems
- Ability to work independently with a high ownership mindset
