We’re Hiring: Paid Ads Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Executive to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in digital advertising and enjoy making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and CPL
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals
- Track and report daily/weekly campaign performance metrics
- Manage budgets effectively with a strong focus on ROI
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in paid advertising
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Ability to take ownership and make quick decisions
- Strong practical thinking and common sense in execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of landing pages and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Experience in EdTech or similar industry is a plus
