About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Paid Ads Expert to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling LinkedIn advertising campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, account-based marketing (ABM), and B2B growth initiatives.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of LinkedIn's advertising ecosystem, audience targeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Create and execute lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Build highly targeted audience segments using demographics, firmographics, job titles, industries, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Implement and manage LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing campaign assets.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience generating B2B leads through LinkedIn advertising.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and ABM campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign attribution.
- Experience with CRM integration and lead management workflows.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, Technology, Consulting, or B2B organizations.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads experience will be an added advantage.
