We are looking for PagerDuty Event and Monitoring/Implementation Engineer, who should have experience working on configuring alert rules, and experience on ServiceNow Incident, Change, and alert management.
Shift Timings: 2PM-11PM IST
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Immediate to 15 days notice only
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Event & Alert Management tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty)
- Ensure alerting and escalation workflows are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business needs
- Analyze event and alert data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Reduce alert noise and false positives to improve system stability and operational efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for EVM tools and best practices
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and support teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Support EVM-related projects through planning, documentation, and implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including job aids, process flows, and governance standards
- Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
