Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru center. The therapist will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized therapy plans to address the motor, sensory, and cognitive needs of children. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one or group therapy sessions, collaborating with caregivers and educators, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. The role also involves educating families on strategies to support their children's development at home and school.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Occupational Therapy skills, including assessment, intervention planning, and therapy delivery for children
- Knowledge and experience in Pediatrics, with a focus on addressing developmental challenges and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Understanding of Rehabilitation principles and techniques to support therapy goals
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience or education in related fields like Medicine or special needs support is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Ability to build rapport with children and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner
