Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: from JD creation to interviews to onboarding
• Own outreach and pipeline management for roles across departments
• Help craft job descriptions, hiring content, and campaigns that actually sound human
• Support employer branding efforts across platforms (especially LinkedIn)
• Research hiring trends, tools, and strategies to keep us sharp
• Sit in on hiring discussions and learn what really goes into building teams
