About the role

As a Compensation Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in providing global consultation and support across a wide range of Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and maintain a global job architecture and pay philosophy. Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters including salary structure development, job evaluations, and competitive pay recommendations. Supporting the execution of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and other cyclical pay initiatives. Ensuring adherence to wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and internal equity standards. Administering and updating the company's equity compensation plans in a timely and accurate manner. Analyze compensation and related employee data that provide actionable insights for HR and business leadership. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that showcases the information, trends and insights. Managing compensation data within HR systems and partnering with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization. Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting related to compensation. Participating in compensation and Total Rewards benchmarking surveys to inform and enhance Pacvue's compensation strategy and practices.
