Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Packing and Dispatch role located in Bhopal. The individual will be responsible for overseeing packaging operations, ensuring accurate labeling, managing inventory, coordinating with logistics teams for dispatch schedules, and maintaining packing and storage documentation. The role also involves quality control during the packing process to ensure standards are met and goods are efficiently prepared for shipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, stock handling, and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of product packing techniques and operational familiarity with packaging equipment
- Attention to detail in labeling and maintaining accurate documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments
- Prior experience in dispatch operations and coordination of delivery schedules
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines regarding packing and storage processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain management or logistics are a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
