About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Packing Supervisor to manage our packing operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain quality standards, and support timely dispatches across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, and Offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packing operations and packing staff.
Ensure correct SKU, quantity, color, size, and packaging standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP/barcode compliance.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
Monitor productivity, quality, and packing targets.
Train and manage packing workers.
Requirements
3β8 years experience in packing, warehouse, manufacturing, garment, textile, FMCG, or ecommerce operations.
Good understanding of inventory control and dispatch processes.
Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and barcode scanning.
Strong leadership and attention to detail.
