Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding packaging staff.
- Ability to train and coach team members on packaging standards, safety practices, and process improvements.
- Prior experience in packaging or production supervision, preferably in metal or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
