Packaging Material Subject Matter Expert (SME) is technical role responsible for leading the design, development, procurement and implementation of packaging solutions for new and existing products for Dhanuka global brands.
Responsibilities -
- Lead new packaging development (NPD) for product launches across formats and pack sizes.
- Identification of new packaging material & new vendor development for packaging materials.
- Arrange samples packaging materials from different vendors with COA and costing.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire packaging development process, ensuring timely launches and adherence to budget.
- Technical Specification: Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards for packaging materials.
- Vendor & Cost Management: Partner with suppliers for prototyping and testing, aiming for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency.
Eligibility
- Looking for someone who has thorough understanding of Packaging Material procurement strategy and processes
- Experience 8-10 years in Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint, Chemical industry
- Education - Post Graduation in Packaging from IIP/SIES
