Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Executive, based in New Delhi. The Packaging Executive will oversee the packaging process to ensure high-quality standards, assist in packaging design and development, and explore new packaging solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, conducting research, implementing packaging improvements, and ensuring all packaging meets quality control standards. The role also involves working closely with production and procurement teams to optimize packaging operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Packing and Packaging Design for a manufacturing Organization , with attention to detail and creativity
- Knowledge of Packaging Engineering and the ability to innovate practical packaging solutions
- Skills in Quality Control to ensure all packaging meets established standards
- Strong Research skills to stay updated on industry trends and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
- Supervisory skills, including leadership and team management
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding and implementation of quality assurance measures
- Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Packaging from a reputed institute
- Experience with packaging and labeling regulations will be an added advantage
Experience required : 3 to 5 yrs in a similar position in a mid size company
Location : Corporate Office , Dwarka Delhi
Working : 6 days with second saturday Off
