We are hiring a Packaging Executive for an on-site role in Gurugram.
The role involves managing daily packaging operations, coordinating materials and stock, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and working closely with production and warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Strong practical knowledge of packaging operations and materials.
Indian Institute of Packaging(IIP) qualification preferred.
Experience in vendor management for packaging materials.
Basic understanding of packaging design, labeling, and packaging engineering concepts.
Knowledge of packaging quality control, safety, and compliance standards.
Ability to support packaging improvements, cost optimization, and research initiatives.
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic reporting and spreadsheet skills.
Prior experience in FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing is preferred.
