Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Engineer based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and developing packaging solutions that align with product specifications and branding. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the R&D and design teams, conducting testing and analysis of packaging materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing packaging-related projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for testing and improving packaging materials and methods
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver packaging projects within deadlines
- Background in Mechanical Engineering to ensure structural integrity of packaging designs
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
