About the Role:
We’re seeking a Manager – Supply Chain to drive packaging sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, and procurement operations for a leading consumer-facing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
📦 Manage sourcing of packaging materials and non-food SKUs
📊 Drive cost optimization and budgeting initiatives
📈 Develop vendor capacity and alternate sourcing strategies
🚚 Coordinate with planning teams to ensure OTIF and fill rates
📣 Partner with marketing/NPD teams for new product launch packaging
🤝 Conduct vendor performance reviews and supplier negotiations
Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement roles
✅ Strong exposure to packaging sourcing and vendor management
✅ Knowledge of packaging raw materials and conversion technologies
✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Retail, or QSR industry
⭐ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
