Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Packaging Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing innovative packaging solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams during packaging design, conducting R&D for materials and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing packaging-related projects. The role will support a range of packaging requirements, including those for pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design
- Experience in conducting Research and Development (R&D) for packaging innovation
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical Packaging standards and regulatory compliance
- Project Management skills to oversee packaging initiatives and timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions is a plus
