Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Development Specialist, located in Chennai. The Packaging Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions, conducting research and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards for pharmaceutical and food packaging, and managing packaging-related projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets quality, safety, and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), particularly for packaging solutions
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Packaging standards and guidelines
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee packaging projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of sustainability in packaging design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or a related field
